When I took this, it was still fairly warm out, but there was a chill in the air and it wasn't long before storms came. I liked the patriotic colors in the sky--warm red where the setting sun hit the clouds, the white of clouds higher up, the deep blue of the clear sky--an auspicious beginning to Memorial Day weekend.
